  1. Does GO2 contain anything on the banned substances listed by WADA, USADA, IOC?

  2. Answer:  No!  Redox Health is dedicated to enhanced performance via maximum health and cell function.  All our ingredients have a clean Certificate of Analysis.

  3. Does GO2 contain any stimulants?

  4. No, though many report being more alert from taking GO2.  This is most likely from the neurostimulatory effects of carnitine, beta-alanine, carnosine.

  5. What is the maximum dose of GO2?

  6. Short of eating ten bottles at once, there is no potentially harmful maximum dose. There is, however, a maximum absorbability.  Based on various clinical studies of the ingredients in the GO2, one can absorb up to ten capsules every 3-4 hours.

  7. If I’m doing a century ride, a triathlon, or a running race, what would you recommend?

  8. Always experiment in training first so that you have no surprises.  Dedicated GO2 users report that they will take 10 capsules before an event shorter than 6 hours.  A recent Ironman finisher took ten before and ten during, and felt so good that he did a mountain bike race the next day!  Some users take only a capsule or two a day.

  9. Should I take GO2 with food or on an empty stomach?

  10. We recommend that you experiment, but for maximum absorbability, we recommend taking GO2 on an empty stomach.  It is fine to take GO2 with a little food or juice if you experience any stomach sensitivity.

  11. You recommend taking GO2 before I workout.  Will it give me an upset stomach?

  12. We have not had reports of upset stomach from GO2.
